Your pain from sciatica, chronic lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, and repetitive injury can be relieved!  Stretches & other techniques will often be taught, for you to use at home to build your path to freedom from pain.  To complete my holistic approach, I will also teach you how to expand both your mind-body and breath awareness.
